ASH Ingredients- Finester 2009 (PLL)

  • Obtain greater wetting and dispersing for mineral-based UV filters and pigments

Solution:

New Finester 2009 is a non-ionic, vegetable-based surfactant/emulsifer built off a lauroyl lactylate backbone that offers both high foaming and skin moisturizing.
